    So thankful a Jersey Mike's moved into the area! Took advantage of the 'free sub' coupon today - got a Big Kahuna - delicious as usual! All the staff were super friendly and didn't make me feel like a cheapskate for using a freebie coupon -  ha. Store is clean and bright and so smart of them to put entrance doors at both sides (the existing parking lot on the McMullen facing side is super small and hard to get in/out of).

    My sub $'s are going to this location - super happy they have online ordering! I've been begrudgingly getting my sandwiches from Publix out of convenience while hating their lobbyist activities - no more - thanks Jersey Mikes!!!!

    I ate here with co-workers on 11/30, which may have been their first day open to the public. One reason I think this is that they seemed to be over-staffed for mid-afternoon (2-3pm). I'm mentioning this because I am not a fan of reviews of sneak-peeks, and while mine was not a special visit, I'm also not sure what normal staffing looks like at a location of this size. In that vague context, service was excellent during my visit.

    Our sandwiches were also fantastic. As with all Jersey Mike's locations, each sandwich is made to order, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Most other QSR sandwich chains can't compare.

    This location is in the same building as Starbucks in the Northwood Plaza, and has two entrances; one faces McMullen Booth Rd and the other entrance faces the Another Broken Egg Cafe. Parking is more plentiful on the McMullen Booth side; and although the plaza has an entrance immediately adjacent, its only accessible to southbound traffic. But however you enter the plaza, drive around to that side to park. Inside, the dining area is large with a lot of tables (no high-tops, as I've seen in another location), and the drink station is conveniently not in a walkway. Lots of windows on both sides of the unit make this a very bright and welcome place for tasty sandwich!

    Food is good, but service is unimpressive.   No one acknowledges you, and service is super slow.  No one seems to happy to be there.  

    If you plan to order from here you are better off to call ahead and pick it up - or wait a long time for anything hot.  

    Good cheesesteaks, but easier to get other places.

    I love Jersey Mike's but this place is a sty. Counter covered in food scraps. Every table dirty. Booth seats dirty. Napkin dispensers empty. And don't get me started on the floor.
    Staff is friendly enough but I walked in before noon and it's like they couldn't care about cleaning.
    I'm going back to the Oldsmar store from now on.

    Excellent service and as always the best subs around. Fresh and delicious Jersey Mike's is my go to place for subs
